A little about me

A light-skinned woman with blue squared off glasses and ginger-blonde hair, wearing a black blouse.

I’m a career development and life coach.  I help you get un-stuck and move towards your goals at work and in life.

Uncertainty. Fear. Confusion. Chaos. When fear drives us, we make poor decisions.  Sometimes we make poor decisions because there’s just too much ambiguity.  Conveniently, I eat ambiguity for lunch.

I spent decades in the technology industry, working in startups, small companies, all the way up to FAANG. I started my career as an intern, worked my way through the ranks into leadership, and found that what felt best was helping others, especially when they feel stuck. I hope I can help you, too.

I’ve supported mid-career individual contributors all the way to founders / C-suite – and I love helping people grow in their careers.  Beyond the office, I’ve helped people navigate thorny life transitions including international relocations, major life decisions, and managing personal loss and grief.  When you succeed, I win right alongside you.

What does coaching with me feel like? I want you to feel safe. That means you feel physically and psychologically able to participate in coaching.  I want you to feel seen, and heard – by me and also by yourself. If we can get there, you can step up and challenge yourself to reach for your goals.  I am a graduate of the International Coaching Academy (ICA) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and I follow the ICF Code of Ethics.

Change is a constant in this world. It’s often challenging, and the moment rarely feels perfect; but it’s how we respond to these situations that defines our experience.

If you’d like to talk more, an introductory session will always be free.
