A little about me

I’m Erin, a veteran of the technology community. I started my career as an intern, rose quickly to a technical lead role, jumped into management, and eventually chose the path of senior technical and program leadership.

My first leadership memory is of organizing a girl’s revolt during recess to teach the boys who chased us a lesson about the power of numbers. I was six years old, but I remember how empowered my peers were after that day.

My greatest joy comes from helping people successfully manage change in their life. That can take a lot of forms: career changes or pivots, major life changes, even creating needed stability during times of unease.

Change is a constant in this world, it’s often challenging, and the moment rarely feels perfect; but it’s how we respond to these situations that defines our experience.

Super cool to be authentic with you. You are a walking safe space for all humans.”
